DMCA / Copyright Policy
We respect the rights of content owners and respond to valid takedown requests, across both the downloader and the movies site.

Our position
Social Save (downloader) is built for personal use of content you already have the right to save — your own posts, or public content where doing so doesn't conflict with the creator's rights or the source platform's terms. We do not host, store, or archive a library of videos; we return a direct link to publicly available media at the time of your request.
Social Save Movies does not host, stream, or distribute copyrighted movie or television content. All movie metadata, posters, and artwork are sourced through a licensed third-party movie database API and used for informational/discovery purposes only.
Reporting a copyright concern
If you are a rights holder and believe either site has been used to access or redistribute your copyrighted work in a way that infringes your rights, please send a notice to legal@socialdownloadapp.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) or content in question.
- Your contact information (name, email, and, if applicable, company).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review valid requests and take appropriate action, which may include blocking specific URLs, listings, or accounts from being processed/shown. We aim to respond to complete, valid notices within a reasonable timeframe.
Counter-notices
If you believe content associated with you was blocked in error, you may contact us with an explanation and any supporting information, and we will review the request.
Repeat concerns
We take repeated, verified infringement concerns seriously and may restrict access to either service for use patterns that show a pattern of misuse.
